Day 012

I did my grocery shopping during my work dinner/lunch/meal break (like I do most Mondays) and I managed to stay on budget with my weekly grocery spending allowance. :) Yay~

Day 011

I got to stay up and watch the newest episode of Downton Abbey (season/series 5) with my mom! It was a lovely way to end my day. :)

Day 010

Today was my first Saturday working after having the last few Saturdays off in a row. I work Saturdays through Wednesdays, so it's been really nice having some Saturdays off. Thankfully for my first working Saturday, it went very smoothly and the day went by very quickly. :)

Day 009

Getting to more spend time with this sweet dog (Sandy) while her owner (my SO's roommate) is out of town for the week.

Day 008

I had a very productive Thursday. I picked up some necessary groceries, put fuel in my car, and did some general cleaning around my room. Plus I had a good counseling appointment with my counselor who I had not seen in two weeks.

Day 007

I finally took my car to the repair shop so the right turning signal could get fixed. Since it didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would take for the auto repair shop to fix my car, I stopped to get my favorite macaroons at a small grocery store coffee shop that I don't visit very often because it's usually out of my way to make a trip there.

Day 006

A few inches of snow, so I got to wear my favorite snow boots!

Day 005

It snowed a little bit this morning while I was having breakfast and getting ready for work, giving me an opportunity to enjoy my favorite type of weather. In the picture below is our family kitten who was only born just this past (late) Spring/(early) Summer (of 2014). She and my kitty (Minnie, not pictured) have only gotten to see the wonder that is snow one other time before today. I love watching them look curiously at the snow as it falls. :)

Day 004

Enjoyed an evening with my mom where I got her hooked on Catfish (the TV show) and we watched the first episode of the new season of Downton Abbey (even though I fell asleep). I always love spending time with my mom. :)

Day 003

Spent my day watching The Big Bang Theory, Catfish (the TV show), and playing Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask. It was a very relaxing day!

Day 002

Finished playing one of my Nancy Drew games -- Ghost of Thorton Hall! I had been playing it for thesst 6-7 months so I'm happy to have found the time to finish it. :) Onwards to the next Nancy Drew game on my computer!

Day 001

Spent a relaxing day off playing a bit of Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask on my 3DS and watching season 6 of The Big Bang Theory. Both of these small pleasures I don't get to enjoy very often -- I've had the video game for 6+ months and I put about 20 minutes into the game since I bought the game while I've been 2 seasons behind on watching a hilarious, nerdy show that never ceases to make me laugh.
